By accessing this website or using the Paralax Trading platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Account obligations

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify the desk immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Market data

Prices displayed on this site and in the platform are sourced from third-party market data providers. While we take reasonable steps to display accurate live data, quotes are indicative and may differ from executable prices.

5. Instructions and requests

Trading, deposit and withdrawal instructions submitted through the platform are requests to the dealing desk. They are not executed until reviewed and confirmed by the desk. We may decline any request.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paralax Trading Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, arising from use of this website or platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
